    It’s very interesting topic. I have a very low iron level. I am.tskubg vitamins but it’s not helping much. I am not a big fan of blueberries (I love blueberry pancakes tho) and I absolutely hate kale. Is anything else you can recommend for natural iron increase? Tia

    1. Try lentils or flaxseed both are a great source of iron.

    Great post! I like to juice fruit and vegetables to get the most from the nutrients. Apparently juicing makes the nutrients very easy for the body to absorb.
