    How refreshing , your post is great. Drinking water is necessary in my household. although i do allow a weekly sugary drinks my kids and i enjoy pure clean water! Awesome reminder.

    1. Personally, I don’t think anything is wrong with having something sweet to drink. Just as long as you don’t have too much.

    So true! It’s so simple but it’s amazing how your body can change just from drinking more water. I always try and keep hydrated but it’s hard with a busy life.

    Water is SO good for us, for the reasons you listed + so many more! I’m pathetic and absolutely hate the taste of water… so I always add a powder mix to my drinks because I know how good it is to get my daily intake in. Thanks for sharing!

    1. Thank you, Sydney. I don’t like the taste water but I drink it anyway. I have tried flavored water and powder mix but they only make me want to put sugar in it. So, I just drink the water with nothing in it.

    Kinda needed this post. I’m currently in college so reaching for a coffee or any sugary drink is almost instinct, but after reading this coincidentally, I have been drinking a lot of water and I’ve noticed a difference in how I feel completely .

    1. We all like to indulge in our sugary drinks from time to time. Drinking more water is a great way to flush your body of harmful toxins.
